Clean eating doesn’t have to be boring or complicated (you can even go clean for breakfast too). Some of my favorite meals are packed with fresh ingredients and bold flavors, but still quick and easy to make.
With the right balance of healthy proteins, veggies, and whole grains, these recipes make clean eating fun and satisfying.
1 Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Grilled Chicken
Zoodles are a fun and healthy alternative to pasta, and the fresh pesto adds so much flavor. This dish is light, full of veggies, and packs a punch with grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender.

4 Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon with AsparagusSalmon is rich in omega-3s, making it a perfect clean-eating option. Pair it with grilled asparagus for a fresh, flavorful meal that’s simple to prepare.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill and season the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
